White Grapes
Our white grapes included Vignoles, a French Hybrid, Vidal, Seyval, and Aurore. Aurore is excellent for blending
with honey.
A family event.
Have fun picking grapes, walk the property, fish in the pond.
Our red grapes feature Chancellor, Norton, a native red
grape, Frontenac and Baco Noir, both excellent for ports, blending, sweet or dry red wines. We also have Catawba,
which makes a fabulous blush wine and great pink sparkling wine.
